Payment

Please, once you have chosen and committed to buying an item(s) that you pay for it / them within 2 days. I really like to get the transaction complete, so I can remain excited from getting the confirmation of a sale to beautifully packaging it and sending it you!

If you change your mind about purchasing an item or items after committing, please let me know why and I will honor the 7 day 'cooling off period' known in business. If you have paid and I have not yet sent you the package, don't worry, I will give you a refund if I feel it's a genuine enough reason. If I have sent it off to you already, I will give you a 'credit note' and ask you to return the item unopened (I will not pay return postage costs) then you can choose a different item from my store to use your credit note on. Fair enough? Please think of this before making your choice and committing.

Shipping

Once your purchase has been paid for, I will send them within 3-5 working days. Usually I will send them the next day, depending on my work load. I will send by regular Royal Mail but if the item is over £24.99 I will send Recorded Delivery and this will be already in your P&P charge. If you require a special delivery like Recorded or Tracked in any case, please let me know as there will be an alteration to delivery charges. If outside the UK, I can send Recorded or Signed For, depending on the price paid or that which you wish to pay for, just get in contact. Otherwise I will send by standard post.

PLEASE NOTE: The fee you will see on the postage stamp of your parcel is JUST for the postage, and does not include the cost of the packaging materials I use. My P&P charges reflect the fact that postage costs are quite high right now and that I have to estimate how much the packaging will cost per item(s). If, after wrapping and posting, the charge you paid was excessive without reason, I will refund you the difference. I have never, and never will, profit from packaging and postage costs. Any queries, just ask.

Additional policies and FAQs

Q: Have you made everything in this store? A: Yes I have! All my items have been thought, designed and made by myself in my workshop.

Q: Are they really your own ideas? A: Yes they are! Well, I say that, I did not invent, say, the make-up bag, but I have planned and designed my own style of make-up bag...I think you know what I mean. I get inspiration from life, my families, houses, the great outside, TV, shops, magazines and the internet and I add my own details or take elements away, but sometimes the ideas just pop into my head. Rest assured my items are not copied from anyone else's plans.

Q: How do you package your items to post? A: CAREFULLY! Particularly the breakable/fragile items, of course. Others are packed very well, either in crush resistant boxes, bubble bags or plastic coated bags. I have seen parcels thrown around and I do NOT want anything breaking or damaged in transit. Parcels often have 'Fragile' labels on them, even if they're not, just to give the 'posty' the heads-up.
